What makes a great CS leader?

As part of its purpose to improve the contribution and effectiveness of CS leaders, the CS Leadership Institute has teamed up with Thomas International, a specialist talent assessment provider to research and build an understanding of the characteristics of successful leaders.

The research will examine three dimensions of CS leadership:

      • What are the core tasks of CS leadership and what does good look like?

      • What skills and behaviours do the best CS leaders possess?

      • What does a CS leader need to know?

The goal of the research is to provide CS leaders with reliable tools to guide their personal development and aid the recruitment process.

If you hold a senior leadership position in customer success and want to help define the skills that make a great leader, sign up to join the research program here.
