dedicated to leadership of customer success

The Customer Success Leaders Institute is the place where CS leaders develop their capability and contribution.

An important part of this is interacting with a trusted community of peers who share experiences through events, mentoring and peer networking.  Some of these discussions will focus on sensitive issues, like strategy, people and personal development.  To enable members to participate fully with their peers,  in confidence and with confidence, membership is subject to strict eligibility criteria.
